Complete guide for activating your ProSolids Wire EDM license after purchase. Follow these steps to unlock all features.

Import License File

Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\ProSolids\License" and double-click on the "ProSolidsLIF-Transaction.WibuCmLIF" file.

Alternative: Open CodeMeter Control Center (Start Menu > CodeMeter) and drag the file into the box.

Create License Request

After successfully importing the file, highlight the license and click on "License Upgrade". Follow the prompts to create a license request.

Important: Note the file name and where it is being saved (e.g., C:/Users/MyUser/130-12345678.WibuCmRaC).

Submit Request

Go to https://www.prosolids.com/dashboard/license-activation and fill out the form. Attach the request file.

Tip: Use the same email address that was used when purchasing for the fastest turnaround.

License Activation Process

Receive Activation File

A license activation file will be emailed to you once your request has been verified. The file will have a name like "130-12345678.WibuCmRaU".

Note: Check your email for the activation file from ProSolids support.

Activate License

Double-click the activation file or drag it into the CodeMeter Control Center to activate your license.

Important: Make sure CodeMeter Control Center is running before attempting to activate.

Update Time Certificates

Once activated, open 'Process' in the menu bar and select 'Update Time Certificates'. This will sync the license with the current time.

Success: Your license is now fully activated and ready to use.

Troubleshooting Activation Issues

License Not Detected?

  • • Ensure you're logged into the correct account
  • • Check your internet connection
  • • Verify purchase confirmation email
  • • Try manual activation with license key

Activation Failed?

  • • Check license key format
  • • Ensure no typos in license key
  • • Try offline activation mode
  • • Contact support if issues persist

Features Still Locked?

  • • Restart Fusion 360 completely
  • • Check license status in settings
  • • Verify subscription is active
  • • Re-activate license if needed
