What are the system requirements for ProSolids?
ProSolids requires Windows 10 or later, 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended), 2GB free disk space, and DirectX 11 compatible graphics. For optimal performance, we recommend Windows 11 with 8GB+ RAM and a dedicated graphics card.
How do I activate my license?
After installation, launch ProSolids and enter your license key when prompted. The software will automatically activate and connect to our servers for validation. Make sure you have an active internet connection during activation.
Can I use ProSolids on multiple computers?
Your license allows installation on up to 2 computers. You can deactivate a license on one computer and activate it on another. Contact support if you need to transfer your license to additional computers.
What file formats does ProSolids support?
ProSolids supports common CAD formats including STEP, IGES, STL, and native SolidWorks files. You can also import DXF files for 2D geometry and export results in various formats for further processing.
